When we were first contacted in early 2021, we knew this was a unique challenge. In their core offer, the intricacies of global everything are intertwined; employment, healthcare, taxes, pensions, love, travel, living and more. Doing this right is almost a Sisyphean task. Cue WorkNomads.

Our task was clear: make it all feel as effortless as booking a flight, ensuring future nomads and clients see opportunities, not obstacles. To achieve this, we developed a confident, clear brand identity, and an intuitive visual system for internal teams, paired with a comprehensive tone of voice.

The challenge: connecting with multiple audiences across the globe

When their operations officially launched in late 2021, their brand promise was strong and unique, but mostly on paper. They needed to attract nomads while appearing trustworthy to businesses looking to hire their services. Our priority was to ensure clarity and craft a unified tone of voice that resonated with both audiences.

From its inception until today, WorkNomads has been on an incredible journey; attracting talent and engaging businesses, carving out its place in the market and the world. Their first base of operations was established in Bulgaria, making Sofia their home.

The website worknomads.com is a balanced exercise between deep expertise and a compelling visual language. Designed with clarity and accessibility in mind, the site delivers a seamless experience for both nomads and companies with projects in need of skilled professionals.

To enable their in-house content team to create different types of content, we designed and developed an extensive digital framework that reflects the brand’s aesthetic. This system gives WorkNomads complete control over their pages, use cases, and insights. Every component is rigorously tested for usability, accessibility, and performance ensuring worry-free content creation.

Building content that connects

From photoshoots and videos to social media templates and team training, we collaborated closely with WorkNomads to create authentic, relatable content that resonates with their mission: ‘a nation without a country’.

Our partnership with WorkNomads is in full swing as we collaborate with their internal teams on various deliverables. From designing merchandise and storyboarding their 60-second pitch to developing signage, we’re blending our ideas with theirs to help turn each concept into reality.
